Shipping Policy
Welcome to Whispers of Fantasy. We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. We manage our own inventory and ship directly from our studio in Portugal.
1. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Most orders ship sooner. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the following business day.
You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package leaves us.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship to: Portugal (mainland), Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, and Italy.
Mainland only — Azores, Madeira, and Spanish islands are not included for now.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier (CTT Express). During peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday), slight delays may occur.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination:
- Portugal: from €5.99.
- Spain: from €6.99.
- Belgium, France, Germany, Italy: from €19.99.
You'll see the exact shipping total at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number. Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to follow your delivery in real time directly with CTT.
5. Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete address: If a package is returned to us due to an address error provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.
Unclaimed packages: If you can't receive the package and don't collect it from the designated pickup point within the carrier's timeframe, it will return to us. In that case:
- We can reship it (additional shipping fees apply), or
- We can refund the cost of the products only — original shipping is non-refundable, since the delivery service was already rendered.
6. Customs & Duties
For shipments within Portugal and the European Union, there are no customs duties. If we open shipping to countries outside the EU in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable import taxes in their home country.
