I selected multiple products. Will they arrive in one single package?
Depending on the products you have selected, your order may arrive in separate packages. However, in most cases, all items will arrive in one package.
Are the products limited?
Yes, some products are released in limited editions to ensure exclusivity.
What payment methods are available?
- We accept major debit and credit payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
- For Portugal, we accept Multibanco and MB Way.
How can I ensure I choose the right size when placing an order?
To ensure you choose the right size, we provide a detailed size guide below each product on our website. Our products are true to size unless otherwise stated. If you prefer a looser or oversized fit, we recommend choosing a size up from your usual size.

Shipping and Deliveries
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship within the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
Our products are made to order, taking into account that the production time is normally 2 to 5 working days, once the order is prepared the delivery time can vary between 3 to 6 working days.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order.
What shipping methods are available?
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product if the size is incorrect?
This product was made especially for you, due to the fact that our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size. Please check the measurements carefully before finalizing the purchase.
What is the deadline for reporting issues related to lost shipments?
Claims for lost orders must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Please email info@whispersoffantasy.com with all order details, including the order number and a clear description of the problem.
How long can I expect to receive a response to my email?
We will respond within a few hours. Except during busy periods such as sales and holidays, it will take 24-48 hours.
What happens if the shipping address provided is incorrect?
If the address provided is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our partner's facilities. The cost of reshipment will be your responsibility after confirmation of a new address. You should contact us via email: info@whispersoffantasy.com
What if the shipment is unclaimed?
Unclaimed orders will be returned to our partner's facilities. You can opt for reshipment at your own expense, otherwise the product will be donated after 14 days.
What are the conditions for returns of defective or damaged products?
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective products must be sent to info@whispersoffantasy.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
The email must include the following information:
- Order Number
- Detailed Description
- Photo of the item in PNG or JPEG format.
Are gift cards included in the return policy?
Whispers of Fantasy gift cards are not included in our returns policy, so we do not accept returns or refunds for these cards.
