Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at info@whispersoffantasy.com with your order number and what you'd like to change. Once a package leaves us, we can't make changes — but you can return it within 14 days.
Are the products limited?
Yes, some products are released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity.
What payment methods are available?
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- In Portugal: Multibanco and MB Way

Three things to check:
- Your spam or promotions folder
- The email address used at checkout — typos are the #1 cause
- If still nothing, email us at info@whispersoffantasy.com with the name and date of the order — we'll find it.
How do I choose the right size?
The Chapter I hoodie is designed to be oversized — slouchy, room to layer, longer in the body. It comes in S, M, and L.
Sizing reference (real bodies, real fits):
- S — fits 1.55m–1.68m, regular build
- M — fits 1.68m–1.78m, regular build
- L — fits 1.78m+, or anyone wanting extra room
Because the fit is already roomy, don't size up unless you specifically want it to drape past your hips. If you usually wear an M but want a more cropped look, go S.
Not sure? This matters to us. Email or DM us with your usual size and chest measurement — we'll tell you which works best. We've made every one of these by hand and we'd rather you wear it than send it back.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Paredes, Portugal.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Portugal, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany and Italy.
Mainland only — Azores, Madeira and Spanish islands are not included for now.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Portugal: from €5.99.
- Spain: from €6.99.
- Belgium, France, Germany, Italy: from €19.99.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
- Portugal: 2–4 business days
- Spain: 3–5 business days
- Belgium, France, Germany, Italy: up to 10 business days
Times depend on destination and the courier's workload.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If you haven't received your order 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us at info@whispersoffantasy.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You have 14 days from when your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Portugal: we cover it. Free returns.
- Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy: shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — then we cover it.
How do I request a return?
Email us at info@whispersoffantasy.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (only if the item arrived damaged)
We'll reply within 24–48h on business days with next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What if my package is lost or didn't arrive?
If your tracking shows nothing for too long, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and what you're seeing. We'll trace it with the carrier.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24–48h on business days. If you haven't heard back after that, write again — sometimes emails get lost.
What if my order isn't collected?
If the package is returned to us because no one collected it, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. The new shipping cost will be on you. We don't auto-cancel or auto-donate.
